In each of the following webquests, undergraduate BSN students will be in teams of 3 learners, each enacting a different role (diversity expert, clinical practice expert, patient education expert). Learners will explore and critically analyze journal articles, web resources, and other relevant materials about the topic, to prepare patient education material and a presentation to colleagues/fellow learners.

Diabetes: Food and Eating in the Mid-South
Learners in this team will explore material about food, eating habits, cultural heritage, and Type 2 diabetes mellitus to prepare material to present to older Southern African American women recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and their family members, as well as to other health professionals, colleagues, and fellow learners.
Pancreatic Cancer : Pain at End-of-Life

Grief and Bereavement in Older Adults
Learners in this team will explore material about grief and loss in older adults to prepare material to share with older widows and widowers, as well as to other health professionals, colleagues, and fellow learners.
Potential Health Problems of a Child with Down Syndrome
Learners in this team will explore material about the potential health problems that children with Down syndrome may encounter to prepare material to share with the parents of Down syndrome children, as well as to other health professionals, colleagues, and fellow learners.
Learners in this team will explore material about Hepatitis C antibody, how the virus is spread and existing treatment options to prepare material to present to patients and their family members, as well as to other health professionals, colleagues, and fellow learners.
